We were contacted recently asking if we are affiliated with www.volunteer-latinamerica.com. We would like to make it clear that we are in no way affiliated with this site and the organisation that registered this domain (Fundacion Eco–Volunteer UP) is effectively exploiting the popularity of our site. This was a conscious decision as this organisation was previously called Urcu Puyujunda and their web address was www.cloudforestecuador.com. In our opinion Fundacion Eco–Volunteer UP are cashing in on the strength of our brand by using a hyphenated form of our domain name (www.volunteer-latinamerica.com). Interestingly, we used to promote Urcu Puyujunda (many years ago) but they were removed from our books after negative feedback.
